TABLE BOOKING REQUEST - Main Street                     
**Main Street table bookings are open to faculty, staff, and students only.  
Club table bookings requests must be submitted through SAMRU
Individual student or group requests must be submitted through their corresponding Faculties.**


Dear Mount Royal Community, 

Thank you for reaching out to Event and Theatre Services.

To request a table at Main Street, East or West Gate, kindly complete all required information in the form below and click "submit." Tables must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance, and reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submission Schedule:

September to December: Submit on or after June 1

January to April: Submit on or after November 1

May to August: Submit on or after March 1

Please note that table booking requests are reviewed and assigned every Wednesday, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Upon confirming availability, Event and Theatre Services will allocate a table number and send you a confirmation email containing essential guidelines related to your reservation.

It's important to understand that this request does not confirm your table assignment.

By submitting this table booking application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Sale of Goods and Services: Selling goods and services is allowed, with the condition that they do not overlap with products available in the Cougars Campus Store or Food Services. Additionally, all items for sale must be pre-packaged and adhere to both Alberta Health Services regulations and the University's Health and Safety policy.

Catered food and beverages: Catering is permitted but must be arranged through our on-campus Food and Beverage Service partner, Chartwells, and must comply with Alberta Health Services and University Health and Safety Policy.

Audio and video materials: The use of audio and video materials is allowed, but the volume must be maintained at a level that does not disrupt other activities or classes.

Table clearing: Please ensure that all items have been cleared from the table by the end of your allotted time. Events & Theatre Services is not responsible for any items removed from the table or disposed of after your booking time.

Booking Rescheduling: Table bookings may be rescheduled in the event of a Mount Royal University Institutional event occurring on the same dates as your reservation. In such a case, you will receive an email notification from Event and Theatre Services specifying the available dates or the reassigned table number, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy: I agree to provide Event and Theatre Services with a minimum of two weeks' notice for any booking cancellation.
