The MRU MOVE MORE Group Fitness program offers a variety of classes focused on increasing physical activity (e.g., strength, endurance, mobility, stretching, etc.) for MRU students, employees, alumni, and public members in a supportive and safe setting.
Classes will be offered throughout the day and run in 6-week sessions. Students, employees, and members can purchase a “MOVE MORE Pass” or a drop-in pass for any class they choose.
The classes take place in the fitness studios and are led by certified student and non-student instructors.
