Work begins on W-wing renovation
With capital funding from the provincial government and private funding from Don and Ruth Taylor and the Taylor Family Foundation, much-needed renovations will convert unusable areas that currently sit empty into modern and functional spaces with a student-centred purpose. The work will be carried out in two phases, with the W-wing finishing this summer and the G-wing to start in 2022/23. Find out more.
Avoid Gauthier Court on Friday
Entrances and exits will be closed and a large area cordoned off in the Gauthier Court area from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 12. A crane will be loading equipment and material onto the Wright Theatre roof as part of the sloped metal roofing project.

Did you know?
Mount Royal’s Military Memorial Bursary Program was established in honour of 30 Mount Royal students who gave their lives in service to their country. A memorial bursary has been created in the name of each of our fallen soldiers in recognition of their sacrifice and to further the dreams of current deserving students. Adjacent to the John H. Garden Memorial Park is Mount Royal’s own Field of Crosses, where each student can be remembered. Read more about our fallen soldiers.
