Mandatory fire drill Jan. 23
A practice fire drill on Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. will take up to 30 minutes. The drill includes an evacuation of all Lincoln Park campus buildings except Residence. Submit outstanding 2023 benefit claims
Employees eligible for benefits coverage have until March 30, 2024 to submit any outstanding 2023 claims. Any credits left over in your Health Spending Account and/or Personal Spending Account will carry over into 2024, but any credits from 2022 will expire on March 31, 2024 and can only be used for claims dated in 2023. Mindfulness Meditation starts Jan. 8
Employee Wellness is pleased to offer weekly in-person Monday Mindfulness Meditation sessions beginning Jan. 8 in U111. This 30-minute session is dedicated to deep breathing and connecting with ourselves and others through sound. Learn more.
Save the date: Budget event Jan. 22
Join Mount Royal’s Provost, Dr. Chad London, and Vice-President, Finance and Administration, Mustansar Nadeem, at a budget information session on Monday, Jan. 22.
